A long way to go is to enter development with a keenness and desire for growth no matter where it appears from. A damper to good business ethics is being in a denial stage. It stagnates work and growth of any kind.
WHEN YOU REALISE THAT A BUSINESS ORGANIZATION NEEDS A POSITIVE SHIFT THEN BE THE INITIATOR AS A GOOD LEADER, A RESULT ORIENTED.
Your business is your ship, take ownership of it. Be in the driver’s seat. You are the one to take it further to greater heights with the right attitude and a healthy positive team of people. Being accountable in a business organization is to take stand for any decisions and results of those decisions.
A right attitude takes the business to newer heights. Being responsible to make choices and make sure that you are consistently progressing towards your destination, the goals are met. This is the attitude to develop in a business organization, to keep your business above the point of power.
